  • 4 eggs.
  • 100 g blueberries.

Notes

Notes

  • Spent time in C Building today.
  • C still has freezer meat available, which made it easy to walk in and eat quickly.
  • The building also has a downstairs fridge with relatively healthy meals, fruit, water, and snacks.
  • This is the same principle behind Morning Shake and Afternoon Slop: reduce friction by making decent food immediately available.

Spin

08:42

  • 1 hour 3 minutes.

16:35

  • 1 hour recorded. (1 hour 20 minutes completed. App disconnected from the bike after sweating and auto-paused without being noticed.)

Notes

  • Realized I do not need to wear a T-shirt while spinning, which is good for laundry.
  • Wonder how long I can get away with wearing my shorts in the shower and leaving them there to dry.
  • The shower is close to the bike.

Daily WPDiet

Eating Events

  • 06:30 — Morning shake.
  • 09:00 — Clear matcha.
  • 10:35 — NH-25 and boiled egg.
  • 16:31 — Afternoon slop.

Morning Shake

06:30

  • Better, beginning to feel normal.

Afternoon Slop

13:54

  • Added pumpkin seeds and almonds today.
  • Still not made broth but don't notice the difference when just using water

Notes

  • Vitamix cut out while I was on the phone and not standing near the unit.
  • It has overheated and cut out only a couple of times over the years; it usually turns back on after a few minutes.
  • Need a failure plan because the slop and shake system depends heavily on the Vitamix.
  • Current motor is over ten years old, and the jug has already been replaced once.
  • Consider buying a spare base for storage.
  • Ask the supplier about maintenance or deep repair. They are still reliable: the tamper arrived within two hours last week.

Spin

1 hour 7 minutes

Notes

  • Second consecutive one-hour ride.
  • D1 in the data.
  • Bike feels sturdy.
  • Riding space does not feel cramped.
  • No Zone 2 target.
  • Heart rate remained controlled.
  • The hour passed easily.
  • Keep intensity low while building mobility and work capacity.
  • I will build towards two and a half hours daily before experimenting with intensity.

Daily WPDiet

Eating Events

  • 07:32 — Morning shake.
  • 09:15 — Banana and 510ml of water.
  • 12:42 — Afternoon slop.
  • 12:55 — 30 g pumpkin seeds.
  • 15:00 — Pineapple fried rice and grilled chicken.
  • 16:10 — Water.

Morning Shake

Morning Shake 07:32

  • 200 g banana.
  • 200 g sweet potato.
  • 70 g oats.
  • 30 g peanut butter.
  • 4 eggs.
  • 100 g blueberries.

Notes

  • Morning shake container loop is still not clean.
  • I drink the shake in A, then sometimes fail to return the container to B.
  • This creates uncertainty about where the containers are.
  • Today I thought there were none in B, then found one in an unsorted bag on the balcony that had been there for days while clearing the room after glass was smashed rushing to go back to A.
  • The issue is simple: every Vitamix jug/container needs a Forever Place and a return step after use.

Afternoon Slop

Afternoon Slop 12:36–12:52

  • One prepared slop box.
  • Extra water added.
  • 30 g pumpkin seeds eaten separately.

Notes

  • Slop prep started at 12:36.
  • Drinking started at 12:42.
  • Soup and cleanup finished after 16 minutes 6 seconds.
  • Forgot to add pumpkin seeds at the beginning. Add this to the slop checklist.
  • Some No Space wandering during the eating window. Keep tightening the slop loop.
  • The loop is improving and reducing the pull to eat out.

CSLog

B

  • I set forever places for the measuring, tape, wallet, keys.
  • Thinking of moving the long shelves to go above the kitchen stand so can store bags up there when getting in.
  • The inbox behind the door is functional but need to empty it more often.

NO Space

  • Eggs again.
  • Few moments when leaving I didn't know where my wallet was.

Framework

Writing

  • I wrote the first version to send to R2 and R4 today.
  • They will likely receive it differently. But positive impressions for both.
  • Last week was my first written COMMs in general and it went really well.

1 year

  • This week is W52 for starting the framework with R2.
  • PAT has done a good job so far.

ZRGNRG

Spin

15:01

  • 1 hour 7 minutes
  • Mostly zone 2.

Notes

  • The bike arrived today.
  • I was able to put it in between the bedroom and bathroom.
  • A couple of minutes after the installation team left, I decided to 'just check' that it would fit even though they said it wouldn't.
  • I now know how to disassemble the bike.
  • I am glad. I wanted a decent bike to go there for ages.
  • The exercise mat does not fit there though. I am thinking to just get four washing up pads and putting that under the points it touches the floor? Seems more hygienic anyway.
  • I can use the large mat as a general exercise space instead.
  • Carbosiurek next.

Daily WPDiet

Eating Events

  • 07:20 — Morning shake.
  • 12:59 — Afternoon slop.
  • 15:01 — Green electrolyte drink.

Morning Shake

07:20

  • 200 g banana.
  • 200 g sweet potato.
  • 70 g oats.
  • 30 g peanut butter.
  • 2 eggs.
  • Blueberries.

Notes

  • Morning shake is working.
  • Process needs to be smoother.
  • First proper test with oats dry-blended and stored in individual servings.
  • Sweet potato and banana are now also stored in individual servings.
  • Next improvement: make peanut butter cubes.

Afternoon Slop

12:50–13:15

  • One prepared slop box.
  • Just over 250 g bone broth.

Notes

  • Prep took 2 minutes 20 seconds without a checklist.
  • Being able to get into B and make this quickly is great.
  • Then eating and cleaning was within 15 minutes.
  • Ran out of bone broth. Have feet in the freezer but will need to get soup bones tomorrow.
  • Next improvement: Order various silicone moulds to freeze already blended servings.

Daily WPDiet

Eating Events

  • 08:29 — Morning shake.
  • 14:00 — High-protein lactose-free chocolate milk.
  • 14:10 — One slice cheese pizza, one shrimp bao bun, two chicken egg custards, and five-bean pot.
  • 15:30 — About 300 g rice and two chicken breasts.

Morning Shake

08:29

  • 2 banana.
  • 200 g sweet potato.
  • Oats.
  • Peanut butter.
  • 4 eggs.
  • Blueberries.

Notes

  • Tomorrow’s shake prep exposed several No Space gaps.
  • Vitamix jug was in A. Went there to get it. Then forgot eggs. Realized back in B.
  • The shake itself works. The tool, ingredient, and movement loop needs a checklist.

Afternoon Slop

Afternoon Slop

  • Did not eat.

Notes

  • I wanted to keep four portions prepared.
  • Current stock: four afternoon slops and four morning shake preps.
  • Keeping the numbers aligned removes stress from working out how to prep next.

  • 12:30 — Chicken blueberry smoothie.
  • 14:50 — Carrot, apple, and celery juice.
  • 15:00 — Chicken buffalo wrap. Salad with pumpkin seed, carrot, pickled beetroot, almond, forgot the others and raspberry dressing.
  • 17:00 — 500 ml water.

Notes

  • The steamer reheated the ribs very well, better than a microwave.

Morning Shake

05:45

  • 210 g banana
  • 200 g sweet potato
  • 70 g oats
  • 30 g peanut butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 102 g blueberries

Afternoon Slop

Notes

  • Was out, so did not have.
  • Preparing the next four days now.
  • It is now easy and should make a massive difference.

  • 08:12 — Morning shake.
  • 12:00 — Afternoon slop.
  • 18:47 — 15 g of pumpkin seeds.

Morning Shake

08:12

  • 228 g banana
  • 200 g sweet potato
  • 70 g oats
  • 30 g peanut butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 99 g blueberries

Notes

  • Four eggs were left in the tray, which had been in the fridge for some time.
  • I judge them by whether the yolk is broken inside. Two passed.
  • Fresh eggs only when used raw is probably a good rule for this shake.

Afternoon Slop

12:59

  • 200 g carrot.
  • 208 g broccoli.
  • 100 g spinach.
  • 100 g bok choy.
  • 199 g mushrooms.
  • 110 g onion.
  • 200 g chicken breast.
  • 300 ml of bone broth.

Notes

  • Eating at 17:00 on previous days impacted sleep.
  • Eating cut-off will be 15:00 from now on.

  • 202 g banana.
  • 199 g sweet potato.
  • 70 g oats.

  • 208 g broccoli.
  • 100 g spinach.
  • 100 g bok choy.
  • 199 g mushrooms.
  • 104 g onion.
  • 168 g chicken breast.

Notes

  • This loop genuinely works. I was able to get in, blend both soups, drink them, and clean up within 25 minutes.
  • Found the right bowl to drink from as well.
  • With enough contrast events, I can see myself preferring this to eating out.

imad

  • While I had planned to drink this over 2 meals, drinking them all at once did not leave me as full as anticipated.
  • The two-meal split may not be necessary.
  • Test again.

Morning Shake

08:40

  • 201 g steamed sweet potato.
  • 71 g oats.
  • 127 g banana.
  • 40 g peanut butter.
  • 73 g frozen blueberries.
  • 2 eggs.

Notes

  • Sweet potato is legitimate edition.
  • Add 2 more eggs and it is probably complete.
  • Rotate blueberries with other fruits.

Afternoon Slop

12:40

  • 154 g broccoli.
  • 100 g mushrooms.
  • 99 g carrot.
  • 9 g garlic.
  • 100 g bok choy.
  • 92 g red spinach.
  • 152 g chicken breast.

Notes

  • Eaten cold in the donabe.
  • Not pleasant, but manageable.
  • Might be interesting after the system is smooth and clear.

Additional

Eating Events

  • 12:33 — 108 g chicken breast.
  • 13:41 — 60 g raw carrot.
  • 17:48 — Thai-style fried noodles with beef.

Prep / System Evolution

  • 12:22 — Bought two storage boxes for the two soups in one day. They fit on the top shelf perfectly.
  • 14:01 — Prepared steamer bottom layer: 200 g carrot, 200g sweet potato, 200 g broccoli, mushrooms, and garlic. Process still not smooth but miles better than yesterday.
  • 15:59 — Tested aluminium jars: 200 g sweet potato and 200 g carrot fit well as stackable portions.
  • 16:21 — Prepared one more day of steamed veg. Aim is two days ahead today, more boxes tomorrow*, and food system stable by Sunday.
  • 16:45 — One full day of soup slop fits in one of the boxes bough this morning. The top shelf of the fridge can store 4, I will make food prep days Wednesday and Sunday. This feels very close to being a closed prep loop.
  • 17:30 — *Bought two more, now four, of the same boxes. Have two days of soup slop in the fridge and 2 days of wake and shake sweet potato.
